I’ve had an absolutely terrible experience with this printer. From the moment I set it up, it has been nothing but problems — constant errors, poor print quality, and connection issues. To make things worse, I contacted email support weeks ago about a refund or return, and I still haven’t received a response. Extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I would not recommend this to anyone.
