Once the order was placed I had no communication from the company of when to expect the sheets, no status updates. I emailed and a nice person responded and said she'd get that information for me; I believe she tried and I had to ask several times for an update, and never got one, the sheets just showed up. When ordering online I expect an estimated delivery date, a long with correspondence that it was shipped, there was none of this and very frustrating!
