Shipping is very slow. Order a week or two before you actually need them. I live a few hours away from where they ship from and it takes a week to receive. It's nuts. They say they ship same or next day, it's more 4 days later they finally get around to fulfilling orders. Very disappointing.

I have tried to contact to figure this situation out where I received fake pouches. With no expiration date on them I have not been able to get it to anybody and I ordered them last week and I’ve been contacting every single day. I enjoyed the pouches I received before, but these new ones were absolutely awful. And not up to FDA standards.
