I was offered a cancellation as my order could not be fulfilled; I accepted the cancellation and refund but somehow never received the refund. I however received the order a few weeks later - after stocks were replenished. I was actually disappointed as I had purchased something else to replace in the mid-term as I wanted these earrings before a specific date. In other words, the customer service let me down and ignored my emails chasing for the cancellation and refund.
