My experience with Bento & Co was great! But, after I paid $25 shipping fee to Bento & Co for my $130 order, because of US Pres & tariffs, I was forced to pay an additional $33 to DHL upon delivery before they would deliver my items. That makes almost $60 in delivery on $130 that I can't continue to afford. So, I'll wait to purchase more when no more tariffs - which would be great. Or when I'm in Japan, which will be soon.
It makes me sad, I love your stuff & don't want to wait.

Little problem with shipping and customs clearance, so this product was very expensive, nearly three times the price, but in the future I would perhaps buy something like a bento which may not be such a hassle to clear American customs and ship to my home state which may be cheaper.
