Good service, an easy to use site and payment system. The item was well packed and arrived safely. I wasn’t in a rush so didn’t mind the wait for it to arrive in the uk although the postage costs were £12 for a £18 item this was shown before I bought the item and was happy to pay this for a product from Japan. Hopefully I will get the chance to visit the store if I visit Japan later in the year .
