I am being told that I cannot return my item despite contacting Shapes the day I received this item and taking several photos showing colors are not the same, saturation is not the same and the image itself does not look like photo. They now admit it does not look like photos and I am being told the only way I can get the same duvet pictured is to change fabrics from cotton to polyester. I hesitate to do this as I have not had the best experience so for with them
