I have reached out to customer service to request a refund but they have been no help in assisting with that. It says online that if you reach out within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund. I did that and haven’t been granted a refund and it’s not looking like I will be getting one. I have been in contact with someone for almost 2 weeks and after a few emails back and forth, they have stopped responding. Because of the terrible customer service, I will not be buying from this company again

Where do I start? First order was delivered four weeks later after two emails to the contact email, and a text, which were never acknowledged. I finally got in touch with someone named Ryan on your chat page. He was less than helpful. I had to send 5-6 messages more than once to get a response from him. He offered me a whopping 10 free bars for an order that shipped after a MONTH of waiting. Same thing happened with second order, it was received after three weeks from purchase date.
