Customer service is amazing and the products were just as described!!

Experience sucked when an item in one of my orders was out of stock and trying to remove the matching top. Eventually got there but it was enough to put me off recommending to others.

Worst lunalae experience ive ever had, extremely disappointed as i love this brand. Only one of my items actually fit and I did follow the sizing chart correctly. Ive emailed about returning the 2 items i need to down size in with no response. My other 2 items didnt arrive at all and still no information about receiving a refund or store credit. I understand the bag was free but if you have run out of stock, still promote it to customers, who may spend more just to get it isnt really fair.

Didn’t receive the package ever

I wish items could ship directly to Canada and not go through the states. Had to pay an additional $65 for duties from the states to Canada. Other than that it took a while for my items to ship, once they shipped didn't take to long!

I have never received my order

I didnt know about the shipping tax, 20€ is kinda expensive, but this is not really your fault. The stains on the light socks is a bit upsetting tho. And I thought the socks will fit better on the feet, they are very loose unfortunately.. At least they are warm ! But I do not think I will shop at Lunalae again. It was too expensive for so much deceptions.
