Worst lunalae experience ive ever had, extremely disappointed as i love this brand. Only one of my items actually fit and I did follow the sizing chart correctly. Ive emailed about returning the 2 items i need to down size in with no response. My other 2 items didnt arrive at all and still no information about receiving a refund or store credit. I understand the bag was free but if you have run out of stock, still promote it to customers, who may spend more just to get it isnt really fair.

I didnt know about the shipping tax, 20€ is kinda expensive, but this is not really your fault. The stains on the light socks is a bit upsetting tho. And I thought the socks will fit better on the feet, they are very loose unfortunately.. At least they are warm ! But I do not think I will shop at Lunalae again. It was too expensive for so much deceptions.
