The site says they ship one way but they actually didn't ship that quickly. I ended up buying another suitcase for my trip to Germany because the notices said it wouldn't be here on time before I left. I was packed and leaving in 2 hrs when it showed up! So I switched suitcases. Customer service did expedite things when I explained but the website shouldn't advertise quick delivery if it isn't available at the time of order.
