I ordered two mattresses; while one is fine, the other is excessively soft—almost as if one were brand new and the other old. When sleeping on the soft one, the body sinks deep into it, resulting in physical pain. Since I ordered two mattresses, the quality should have been consistent. I have complained previously as well, but no one at the Flo company seems willing to listen. They merely offer apologies—but what good does that do?
