I honestly never expected to write a review like this, but my experience with Flo Mattress has been extremely disappointing.
I placed my order on 13th August, expecting it to arrive within the promised timeline. I waited patiently, but even after several weeks, my order was neither delivered nor was my refund processed.
What has been more upsetting is the amount of effort I’ve had to put in just to get a simple resolution. I have made multiple calls and sent several emails.

I’ve been using the Flo Mattress and overall I’m very happy with my experience. The mattress is comfortable, supportive, and has the right balance of softness and firmness for a good night’s sleep. The quality feels premium, and I’ve noticed that I wake up feeling more refreshed with less discomfort.
I also really like the overall finish and design of the mattress. It feels well made and provides good support throughout the night. The buying and delivery experience was smooth as well.

I was contacted and the product details were confirmed with me twice, yet I still received the wrong product. The quality of your customer service has been extremely disappointing. It has now been almost 25 days, and I am still waiting for the replacement item to be delivered.
I am not sure how much longer I am expected to wait or whether I will actually receive the correct product this time. Waiting for 25 days for an exchange is completely unreasonable. I request you to resolve this issue.

I was suffering from severe back pain due to our old mattress, and being pregnant made sleeping at night really uncomfortable. That's when I decided to order the Flo Ergo mattress. Because of my back pain, I couldn't open it myself, but my husband easily set it up for me.
I've been sleeping on it for a few days now, and it is incredibly comfortable. My back pain has reduced significantly. Now, I can comfortably sleep on my left side without any discomfort.
