Great experience, but it took over three months for my product to arrive

Shipping was longer than expected. Was quoted as 3-5 weeks but it took more around 12. But the wait was worth it as the pieces look great!

I placed an order during high-season and, therefore, it took took several weeks for the product to arrive. The customer service was excellent during this, answering questions about current status and providing assurance! Highly recommend

Purchase - Ocarina of Time, Link meets Zelda Perfect, I would absolutely buy from them again, you can tell they made it with care and attention go detail. I emailed and asked if they could get it to me sooner as Valentines was coming up and they told me theyd try their hardest and it arrived just in time! Couldnt be more pleased and my girlfriend loved it!

It should be communicated exactly how long an order will take - especially for Christmas! Our order did not arrive in time despite making the order within the ‘order now to get it for Christmas!’ window. But communicating with the owner was a good experience.
