Fine shopping experience. Good delivery time and product arrived with no damage. I wish I knew the prayer mat was not a rug and is a bit short. Likely this was me not being careful shopping. I am glad to have Al Aqsa to look at when I pray, although I remember to pray to Allah and not to Al Aqsa. It is simply comforting. Allahu alam. Ha mim la yunsaroon. Palestine will be free!!

Please do not buy from their website. They are liars and their products do not match the description or the pictures posted on their websites and they lie about their return policy to mislead the customers. Please avoid buying the ugly looking cheap prayer mats and it is an extremely unpleasant experience to deal with their customer service and at the end they will not return or refund for their item even if it says on their website. Amazon if a better website than this scamming company.

Terrible, wouldn't buy again or recommend to anyone. I was Refused a refund because the item was in good condition ? How does that make sense LOL ?? The item wasn’t even what they showed and quality was shit. I asked politely for a refund but kept going back and forth. The company is a scam! I will be leaving reviews. I hope the £28 was worth it.

My experience was quite negative, received a prayer mat which wasn't like the picture. Unable to return. Seller didn't care which was quite sad as we're supposed to be Muslims. Item comes from China with long delivery dates.
