Website was easy to navigate and I received my prayer mat quickly.

I really expected the quality of the prayer mat to be much better. The strings on both ends are not completely attached onto the mat and the back of the mat looks like a toddlers rug I bought from Temu.

Beautiful soft quality! Pleasure to pray on and the softness is unreal. Super happy with this and will purchase more for sure! Great as a gift! Only thing is the packaging in which it came in can be improved, if there was an option of purchasing a gift bag which came along with it would be better. Also using the prayer mat on a hard floor it’s great for, whereas on a soft rug/surface it doesn’t feel that thick

Your company is full of excuses, when it comes to returns, despite several emails explaining my dislike of the finish and quality of the mats and these being the very reason you kept insisting fir the pictures of the mats. What were you going to do with the pictures apart from wasting my time to reply further that you can’t accept return. Your product is way too expensive for what it is, that should be good enough reason for customer to return items purchased inline. Very bad.
