Terrible communication and shipping timing. Waited over a month for my order which I ordered for a party present. It arrived two weeks after the party. When I tried to just cancel the order they said they wouldn’t cancel it and sent me a tracking number which they did not drop off the package to have it scanned for DAYS after they sent it to me. Which is unfortunate considering the hats are actually decent quality. Will not be ordering from them again
