I did not receive this product or the other product I ordered. Instead substituted items were sent without my knowledge or consent. The only thing correct was the engraving. I was told Piper Lou was out of the 27oz tumblers so instead engraved & sent me 12oz stemless wine tumblers. I was very disappointed when I opened the shipment as I was not contacted about the change to my order. I will not order again and will not recommend this company to anyone.
