I wanted to cancel my order as I had no clue what was going on and after finally figuring out how contact customer service and stated several times I wanted to cancel they would not cancel the order. After I contacted them I was told they were switching suppliers. That's fine but you should cancel an order if customer wants it canceled after being over a month waiting. I was done waiting by that time.
