Did not recieve merch this time and of course it's no one's responsibility! I would say unless fbomb baggers hires enough to handle their ownership and be responsible for the customer service and shipping side of their business, i wouldn't buy again. That being said, I think it was number 8 giveaway when I started ordering and this was fornthe beast I think and was the only time I didn't receive my merch. Love the bikes, but there needs to be some accountability by the company. Not a link to watch a video that explains how they have nothing to do with how it gets to you or even how the bikes they claim to be building and giving away are also not their responsibility. Their work is top notch as far as the builds go, but theor business model needs some real personal touches, not AI for God's sake. We ride harleys!!!!!
