The order was easy. Unfortunately, it never showed up. It was due to ship and tracking has shown it near LAX for several weeks. 2 emails to the company were returned saying it was in customs. Christmas has come and gone and the awesome gift was never received. To make matters worse it was the bigger dog's last Christmas and a sweater with her on it would have been cherished. Now I need to try to contest the charge since it never showed up. A disappointment and headache.
