I didn't receive my belt until I phoned a chased it up a good 8/10 week after ordering it. There was no explanation it was sent out the day I phoned as it was on someone's desk. The lady on the phone was very lovely but if I hadn't of phoned looking for my purchase how long more would I have had to wait

Amazing customer services from M&G! Purchased as a last minute present from the Best Man to the Groom on his wedding day, at short notice. Called M&G and they were very accommodating - offering a new product which was not on the website via WhatsApp and turned around the personalised order within hours to allow posting the same day for next day delivery! The Groom loved it and was a nice gesture on the wedding morning from the Best Man. Thanks M&G - we have purchased before, but we will definitely purchase again!
