Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered the wrong size and contacted them straight away for an exchange — it took a week to reply. I returned the item and waited over 3 weeks with no update. I then requested a refund and still nothing. No communication despite multiple emails and messages. Once they have your money, they don’t care. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
