As said in the previous thing Took my order over 3 weeks to arrive "same day dispatch" is a joke and the customer service was horrible when I raised my concern after a week of not hearing anything. Pay extra again for express shipping and didn't even get an offer to have that reimbursed due to it taking so long. My niece loves the bracelet which is the only positive in the situation
