I returned my items on 3/01 and, despite requesting a refund multiple times since December, I still haven’t received one. Instead, I’ve repeatedly been offered store credit, even after clearly stating that I would prefer a refund to my original payment method.
Response times have also been over a week between emails, which has made the process unnecessarily drawn out. The items were returned over a month ago, so this has been quite frustrating.
I’m still hoping this can be resolved promptly.
