The items were not as pictured. It took weeks to get a refund because no one would get back to me. When they eventually did, Jenny kept asking “what’s your order number?” even though I gave this to her previously. It was like they were delaying giving me a refund. Or maybe they try to make it too hard so then people don’t bother. Myself and another girl commented our experience on their Instagram….deleted within days. Such a sham of a business!
