Cannot express my gratitude more highly for Slix Australian Swimwear. They were fabulous over the phone in sharing wisdom and swimwear appropriate which would (and did) work best for different body shapes. Thank you.

Delivery/ communication not good

It took too long to arrive compared to other online stores which would have been fine except I did not get any update emails. I was beginning to think it was a scam site.

Easy to choose items but delivery was too slow with little communication as to why there was a delay

The delivery period was long for a product shipped in Australia

Managed to time the transaction with a cyclone hitting FNQ, which delayed postage and comms a bit. However, once the package was on the way it made it over to NZ pretty quickly, just in time for daughter’s school swim carnival.

They had a simple returns process which I used and got another pair of bathers.

Waiting on a refund due to swimwear not fitting properly and have not had any reply to my emails. Have sent back the swimwear a week ago (Thurs 9/1/25) with the enclosed approved documentation from Slix but haven't heard back? Please let me know when I can expect to receive my refund?

Order took a little while to come but it was purchased in Black Friday sales and that is to be expected.

Super easy and straightforward

This is the second pair of Slix bathers I have bought. I followed the size guide for the first pair but they came up way too big so I had to send them back and buy the size 8. This time I bought the size 8, assuming that they would fit but they were too small. It is disappointing because they are a great product but it is simply too costly to keep paying for deliver each way so I think we will be buying a different brand in future.

Rachael and the customer service is awesome, plus the sizing guides and info online are very thorough

Easy to navigate website, place order and receive delivery.

I paid $15 for express postage and didn't get the swimmer for three weeks. Very disappointing but I couldn't be bothered chasing it up after I sent an email to customer service and they didn't reply. Need to get better customer service département and postage Slix. I won't be a returning customer.

Postage and processing times are woeful.

the delivery took 1 month, we purchased the product in 2 weeks advance. But still didn’t got it on time for a swimming event. Bad purchase experience

No contact, can’t return items, can’t get money back. Absolute scam of a company!!!
