Never received the hats. My order was placed on March 5 for 4 hats. I was charged $99.80. After no less than 15 email exchanges with Ana in customer service, I still have not received the hats. Many promises to follow up and finally a 2nd tracking number when the 1st shipment was “misplaced.” But… no 2nd shipment ever arrived. Shows delivered. I had previously verified with Ana that the address I entered was correct so uncertain if they ever actually shipped it, if they somehow put the wrong address, or if by some force of the universe, after all this hassle, did the post office mess up? Who knows, but I’m done chasing. All I can do know is dispute the charge with my bank. I had such high hopes….
