your company has by far the worst email & chat support service that ive dealt with in a long time. extremely rude who cant cant respond to emails. when i reach out via chat they can't answer or dont comprehend direct questions. i ask and wont ID themself while hiding behind screen. the chat team "name calls". the representative i dealt with via chat told me "we dont like dealing with customers like you" the employee wouldnt give their name. your customer service needs major overhauling!!!!!!!!!!
