Such a shame that the replacement watch strap wasn’t correct. So this time my experience wasn’t good. A hassle to go through the process of getting in touch (which you haven’t responded to by email, so now having to call). Packing up and going to the post office., which there are none locally, then waiting for a late gift.
However, when I purchased his watch over a year ago I cannot fault the service at all.
Super that you sell the accessories to keep your watches serviceable and looking good.
