I never knew this place was so close to where I live, so I was excited to try their products, especially because of the natural ingredients. I didn't get to make it into the store, so I had my items shipped and I noticed their was a slight delay. Their customer service was quick to respond and gave me an update on my order and even gave me a sample soap to try! I absolutely enjoyed my experience and will be purchasing more products soon!

Can you please make updates to your process for placing online orders? Change the confirmation email to exclude the amount of time it will take for the order to be picked up. It says 2 days, and that doesn’t seem possible for you to do ever, especially when you have incredible sales going on:) Can you please change that to say something like “this may take up to 30 days” or something like that? I think setting customers’ expectations will help you a LOT with inquiries on when orders are ready!
