I had my XCORs for almost a year when I lost connection in the right ear. By the time I contacted Axil and started troubleshooting the issue, I believed I was already outside the warranty period. After working with Axil and being unable to resolve the problem, they informed me that I still had 24 hours left before the warranty expired and advised me to submit a warranty ticket immediately so the issue would be covered.This is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
