The reason for five stars is that your team was willing to re-make the jacket even though the initial error was mine. I uploaded the wrong file. I immediately caught my error and tried to cancel. Instead they invited me to submit a corrected file by email.
However, when I got the gi, the team had used the original file I uploaded instead of the corrected file submitted by email. They were willing to remake it. I appreciate that there was no finger pointing or waffling.
