They have good prices. I have made several purchases from them. They are forty miles away but I have had issues getting my items. Most shippers can get you your package in one day, for some reason one of my shipments was sent to Memphis, Tn., it took 3 days. Another time my shipment sat at the post office in Los Angeles for 4 days. While you may say it’s the shipper, that’s not always the case as I suspect in these 2 instances. Having to pay for shipping to get it reduces their price point edge.

Sad to say, this experience was all it took for me to shop elsewhere for my future tool needs. In the end, it took nearly 4 months to receive my order. Yes, the listing said “extended shipping and handling may be necessary”; yes, the company responded every time I reached out asking where my order was; yes, it likely was not your fault as the product apparently kept getting delayed from the manufacturer; and yes, you offered to refund or substitute my order. In the end, it’s just not worth it.
