Unhelpful and unresponsive CSR Denise T has single handedly ensured I will never buy another anything else from Haus of Tools. The hammer I purchased was shipped in a soft plastic bag, and it was destroyed during delivery (the handle snapped in half during transit). I sent Haus of Tools pictures of the broken hammer and the letter from USPS apologizing for the damaged item. Two weeks later I do not have a replacement or a refund , and the CSR Denise T. is no help at all.
