I bought the Neptune mat after all the hype, and it showed up already damaged,frayed edges & poor stitching out of the box. Support insisted I drag the massive 2x3m mat back to the post office for a replacement, but it barely fits in a car and Aus Post wouldn’t even take it. The mat could be good, but the quality control and return process are so bad it feels like gambling with your money.
