Love this rug! With the underlay too, everyone who lies on it tells me they could sleep here. The top is so soft and luxurious. Spills clean up very easily and the underlay means it doesn’t move around on the polished concrete. Wish I’d bought it sooner!

The after sales service was terrible. They dismissed my issue telling me it was my error ant not theirs. We have been sent the wrong product and Neptune Blanket is refusing to even discuss the issue with us. After 3 emails without a satisfactory response I requested a phone number so that I could talk to someone and the response was to (again) copy and past their returns policy into an email and hit send. No care at all. We have been sent the wrong product and Neptune Blanket do not care!
