My experience with myt sales rep (Teryn) was absolutely top shelf service. Anytime I made contact, he looked into the issue and responded. Easy to speak with and very knowledgeable about "all" gear in general. I am in Oceanside CA, and chose to drive 2 hours to LA to pick up my gear (four 3'x3' stage panels, and the support legs). The store is in a horribly dingy location, but the warehouse guys that helped me were kind and helpful; unfortunately, they had been sent the wrong legs with my order
