I needed to get an item before the weekend. So I called in to see if when I would be able to pick it up. I was assisted by Matt. He went above and beyond to make sure the item would be ready from me to pick up on the same day. The guy in the back of the warehouse who takes care of shipping and pick up orders (I think his name is Chris) is very helpful and professional. Overall, I l'm happy and appreciate the customer service and care that I've received. However, when first walking into the warehouse, there are people standing around the entrance, and no one greets you. Without a company shirt, hat, or name tag, it's hard to tell who is staff and who is a customer.
