The worst company ever! They ate my 930 rupees and never delivered my products. Moreover, they demonstrated zero self-respect by sending mail for the review on their products. I had been constantly reaching out to customer care but they only had one response for everything. I still waited for my products and after 1.5 months, tried to ask for refund but never got it. So now I have made peace with it by believing that Vooki is a team of beggars and I just donated my money. I pity them.
