When I raised issue with two items (of 6 purchased) that I wanted to return because they didn't work well for my needs, I got a weeks worth of "suggestions" rather than the service I was asking for. When I finally got them to commit to a return, it took them almost another week to get me the return information. It honestly felt like they were trying to drag things out past the return window.
