Your company is a joke and I have withheld payment from Affirm\Shop until my problem gets fixed or you give me an RMA. "Grace" told me that they shipped replacement parts last week from Whittier CA but the label shows that USPS does not even have the package yet so you make a label and have not delivered it to USPS yet. Shit company, shit products.
