I have yet to receive my towers. I ordered these months ago and you all shipped them to the wrong address. (The towers have not even been delivered to that incorrect address; at one point they were in Puerto Rico). USPS says that you all need to update the shipping address as I am unable to. You all have been unwilling to do so. In any event, why should I have to fix your mistake? We all make mistakes but I am bothered that you all won't own up to it and fix this problem.
