Unpleasant and unhelpful customer service. Roll bliss did not abide by the shipping policy on their website of 5-7 business days. No one from their team proactively reached out to inform me of delays. I had to reach out to them and it was only then that the tracking status of my order changed, after 10 business days. Only reason I’m not returning the gi is because I don’t want to deal with their customer service again. Not ordering from Roll Bliss in the future.
