Absolut inakzeptabel! Ware nie erhalten, Geld jedoch sofort abgebucht. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme keinerlei Reaktion – keine Antwort, keine Lösung, nichts. So ein Verhalten ist respektlos gegenüber zahlenden Kunden. Sobald es ums Kassieren geht, funktioniert alles – aber beim Kundenservice herrscht völlige Funkstille. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, hier zu bestellen. Ich werde nun rechtliche Schritte einleiten und das Geld über mein Kreditkarteninstitut zurückfordern.
