Overall, a good experience. Would be 5 stars but couldn’t find what scales were used for all the ranges…unless I missed something. However, the ranges are varied with plenty to offer. Think it’s a brilliant platform to showcase and sell for the creators.

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed. I ordered physical models. In short: a few minor damages in the form of broken sharp elements. A sword broke into three pieces. Small deformed parts. I'm talking about small elements that should be circular, but are oval. And worst of all, the largest of the ordered figures is missing a key element—the eye hovering over the hand, which is missing fingers. Moreover, to my surprise, I had to pay customs tax despite being in the EU.

While the Crate order was satisfactory. my other two much larger orders were marked by long delays, lost packages, missing items, and very poor quality 3D prints.
Olive the Customer Svc. Rep has been the only positive aspect, she has very responsive and supportive, she is why I gave more than 1 star.
Other than her hard work, every other aspect of the Only Games shopping experience with my large orders has been extremely poor. I cannot recommend your service at this time.
