You need, need need to improve quality control. Your company's name is being not doing well on Trench Crusade reddit. Your customer service is excellent but your quality control is poor. I am reluctant to purchase from you again and have warned others that the models they reciebe could be badly misprinted. It's a shame because the good prints are excellent!

The promised time frame did not hold up at all with the models promised to be shipped out by end of November and in the end being shipped in mid December. The customer service was great though and I always got prompt and friendly replies. The care with which the order was shipped was also excellent
