Placed my order in December 2025 and I'm still waiting for it to arrive over 3 months later (mid-March 2026). Communication and customer service has been non-existant throughout the extended delay. Repeatedly requested a refund as the order had not arrived in anywhere near a reasonable time and was refused. Buyers beware!!!!!!!!

After three separate deliveries of some of my models that were not in playable condition, I gave up on trying to get all of the models printed properly. I am not sure what third party they had print my models in Florida, but I would not use them anymore. While I do appreciate OG's efforts in getting my models, I will not be ordering anymore items from them.

Waited almost 3 months for my mini's. Emailed customer support many times and never really got a good answer on why it was delayed so long. Was told there were pieced that didn't pass QC and needed to be reprinted, but I just don't see how that could take an additional 7+ weeks past the original ETA. Received no apology, no acknowledgement of my frustration, basically no concern at all shown by Only-Games support person. Would not order again and will never recommend to anyone.
