Ordering was easy online but one didn't come out as I expected. It was a group picture and I checked to have heads only and the entire picture was printed and it wasn't a good picture to use for the entire scene. I understood the instructions to say if it was a group picture and you wanted heads only, they would take the faces and group them together. As long as they smell good it's not a game changer
