I’m currently dealing with 3D Printing Canada regarding a damaged product I received. While their communication has been polite, the return process has been a bit drawn out. It’s now been about 2.5 weeks since I first reported the issue, and I’m still waiting for them to complete the final assessment of the returned item.
I understand these things take time, but the overall experience so far has been slower than expected. I’m hoping the situation gets resolved soon and smoothly from here.
