You have to pay for postage and for return postage which is ridiculous. I understand paying for postage of purchase is under a certain amount but paying for a return is terribly when most sites are free. I returned my package over a week ago and have received no communication or notification of a credit, only an email asking for a product review. This is my first time shopping with Lana Wilkinson and will be my last. I’ll purchase from the iconic where postage and returns are free
