Absolutely horrible Customer service is a joke Unbelievable in 2025 you don't have a contact number or no one calls or notify you about your order after waiting over the 2-3 week wait time for the necklace to be made, even after paying expedited shipping. I ordered the second week in February and received my order today! Completely ignored my numerous emails, couldn't even provide a tracking number .
