we sent all the pictures and they didn’t do it correctly. It doesn’t look like my dog. It doesn’t have all the features that she had. They sent me a dog with a tongue sticking out with a black spot on it, which was obviously a defect, but they don’t care. I asked them to remake my dog and they refuse to do what they said they’re too busy so they’re only taking New # business so I can either keep it for 20% off, which doesn’t look like my dog. I have to pay to ship it back, but it’s their fault

I have mixed feelings about the experience. On one hand, the craftsmanship is impressive—it's almost like having another pet in the house! The plushie is designed to look like a dog, with detailed features and a soft, cuddly feel. It’s clear that a lot of attention went into capturing the essence of a dog in plush form.
